How do you deal with aligners that are hurting?

Hi all, just started my aligner treatment and my teeth are really feeling sore. Is this normal? How do you guys handle the pain?

Yeah, it’s pretty normal at the start. I usually suck on ice cubes or drink cold water. Helps a bit with the soreness.

sometimes i use ice cubes or gargle with cold water it temporarily help with hurting lol
