I usually brush my teeth twice before putting back my aligners, but I am unable to do so while eating lunch at my college, where there is normally a 50-person wait in line for the public restrooms. As a result, I can’t merely clean my teeth and skip lunch because I have classes from early in the morning till late at night. I’m aware that’s wrong, but I just can’t do it. Furthermore, my sister is adamant that it will affect my tooth health and advancement. And it just irritates me because I can’t go wash my teeth in public restrooms when I’m already anxious enough. Do you believe it is impeding my development?
