The aligner's microplastics

The current problem is obstruction brought on by intravascular microplastics. My bruxism has chewed out the molar end of my aligner; therefore, I’m ready for a permanent retainer. What other options are there?

The likelihood of obtaining microplastics from aligners is rather minimal because the environment already contains millions of microplastics, and unless aligners are heated in a microwave, plastic won’t seep out of them in large quantities.
